1. Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.

Unused
In its original packaging

2. YIORI Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to the legal withdrawal period, YIORI offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date of your order.

Guarantee conditions:

The refund applies to one pouch per order, whether used or not
The refund covers 100% of the pouch
Limited to one claim per customer

3. Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened and consumed products cannot be returned
Items on sale or discounted are not refundable, except in case of confirmed defect or non-compliance


4. Return Procedure

We will provide you with the return address by email.

Your return package must include:

The returned item
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your request is approved, your refund (full or partial) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on your original payment method.

6. Defective or Damaged Products
