SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Yiori cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Yiori cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received anything:

Check your shipping address
Look around your home (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.)
Ask your neighbors or household members
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
File a claim with the carrier if necessary

Most carriers offer compensation in case of loss or theft.
